I offer this blog to my clients of personal training as a resource to discuss strength and fitness topics in-depth. Due to scheduling constraints, I cannot always elaborate on the principles that underly my training philosophies as much as I would like. I intend for this to be a better-than-average (albeit smart-ass) blog about strength and fitness; may you become the smart-ass guy or gal of fitness that you've always dreamt of!
