Smart Ass's Guide to Fitness

I offer this blog to my clients of personal training as a resource to discuss strength and fitness topics in-depth. Due to scheduling constraints, I cannot always elaborate on the principles that underly my training philosophies as much as I would like. I intend for this to be a better-than-average (albeit smart-ass) blog about strength and fitness; may you become the smart-ass guy or gal of fitness that you've always dreamt of!

About Me

Stacey Ryan Greenway
Knoxville, Tn, United States
No one has a greater hunger to know more and do better than I. I am N.C.E.P. and Crossfit Barbell certified, having also just received Mark Rippetoe's Starting Strength Coaching certificate. I read and practice a lot, and I appproach all things with a spirit of open, rational inquiry. I feel uniquely suited to personal training in general and coaching in particular. Here's to training and continued success.
