I offer this blog to my clients of personal training as a resource to discuss strength and fitness topics in-depth. Due to scheduling constraints, I cannot always elaborate on the principles that underly my training philosophies as much as I would like. Just a thought...
If I'm weak and slow and poor in build, yet I still squat, deadlift and do other exercises that are extremely hard, but you don't, then what does that make you?
